The Service was wonderful and the and the technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with them. And they did a fantastic job.
Spoke to customer about rescheduling for a later time part isn’t in. Told her the office will update her later in the week
Performed maintenance to the system. There is one system here heat pump in the Crawlspace. Customer is a member and has been for a couple of years now. He wants to wait to renew right now. There’s a lot going on financially and I talk to him last time about the buyback program, but I also talked to him this time about that needing to be something in the near future because the dog is peeing on the front left corner of the unit outdoors and the coil is deteriorating and I did inform him that this can eventually cause leaks and that the 410 a system it’s gonna be near impossible if not, it will be impossible to get a condenser coil for the model and 410 a.

Performed maintenance to the system washed coils, pulled amp draws, and pressure system is running fantastic with proper delta and amp draws. I did speak with the customer about IQ product because I learned that she had single units in a couple of places in the house and I explained that nothing distributes better than the airflow and the operation of a system. She did agree and is interested but did not want to move forward at this time. She wanted to look into it and have me email it and told me to follow up with her.

Replaced 2.5 ton gas package unit. Replaced pad, whip. Reconnected ductwork and gas line. Installed 20x20x4 Aprilaire cabinet inside of package unit on return side. Replaced flashing and sealed with silicone. Verified operation in cooling mode. System is operational at time of departure.
Moved duct from wall to ceiling utilizing the wall cavity.
Removal of existing straight, AC outdoor unit and, 80% furnace (customer has had gas removed and to offset price for affordability due to the circumstances we are going back with bare minimum for installation), installing new 2 Ton heat pump split system in the Crawlspace. Nic did a great job evaluating why our commercial HVAC (2) were not operating properly. He showed the damage and came back the next day to replace the items. He provided repair/replacement estimates for one of our split systems that is about 20 years old. The system appear to working well and he did some predictive maintenance as well and replaced a belt before it will break.
Nick was very knowledgeable and straightforward in his communication. He made it clear what needed to be done and sent the information right away.
