Arrived for a no cooling call. Found that the blower would come on but outdoor unit would not. Checked the dissipation board and it was giving a refrigerant leak code. We recovered the refrigerant and repressurized with nitrogen up to 300psi and let it hold for 15 minutes. Removed nitrogen and pulled vacuum to 330 microns to verify no leaks. There was a series of things going on here from the breaker to powering the unit. The breaker ended up being OK but after voltage was applied, I found that the contactor and battery cap was damaged. Battery cap was swollen and dead, and the contactor was charged and burnt. I replaced these per the homeowner. Paid with Visa.

Removal and disposal of existing gas Package Unit requiring removal of gas line, power and flashing from side of the house.
Inexperienced and complacent. Didn't finish the job and left their dryer vent cleaning equipment stuck in the vent line. I had to hire a different company to remove their equipment and finish the job. Do not hire these people.
Customer has sold house. Drier duct cleaning brush stick in duct. Customer prefers to be called in visited in afternoon after 3 pm- Richard. Arrived 4/22/26 to see about getting dryer vent cleaning sticks out of a dryer vent another technician did. I put my camera on ground level into the dryer vent and couldn’t see anything. I called the technician and asked how many sticks did he lose and he told me three. I called Justin and install is scheduled for Friday morning to see if they can take the dryer vent apart in the attic to remove the sticks.- Walker. Take a dryer flex with you to connect between dryer and wall. Thomas and Sean returned on 4/27 No one would come to the door and have not been able to contact.

Customer has a mini split with 3 heads, two linesets are ran along the side of the house and one linset is ran under the house. The suspected damaged lineset is the one under the house. The hose is on a slope, and it gets very narrow where the lineset runs. Customer is fine with someone coming out tomorrow afternoon 2-4 to look at. Will speak with Kelsey on rescheduling this.
Dean seems very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciate!
Installation of new 35/5 microphone capacitor due to the capacitor being 14 points low on herM. Indoor unit is on the third floor in the attic.

Labor and contactor, as well as repaired to the wire that was rubbing copper on the inside of the condenser. This was due to a factory installation, failure with vibration, rubbing through the wire and chattering the contactor, dropping the signal to the outdoor unit, then trying again after the delay in the board. This would’ve been continuing to happen until repaired.
For this job I worked on troubleshooting back net errors. Upon inspection I discovered two dead capacitors and a gas leak. Called for approval and fixed gas leak and replaced capacitor ma. Pictures uploaded to documents.
Apon troubleshooting the issue where partial upstairs supply vents were moving forceful air into the room in excess I found that it was happening due to motor being burned out on one of the zone dampers. I did find that the system is failing and burning up motors due to the design of the ductwork and it being undersized in areas and oversized in others, making it impossible to carry the conditioned air/CFM that the duct design should be allowing from the system for each room. Ductwork was improperly designed and highly inefficient due to it originally being one Duct design that was pretty much cut in half and poorly made into two separate zones to give upstairs and downstairs function with their own thermostat. Normally, this would properly allow control of upstairs conditioning as well as downstairs conditioning from one system by zoning it and the one system allowing proper manual D for upstairs and downstairs load calculation. Each zone requires its own separate duct design/configur
These folks do my annual system check. Dean found a problem with the original installation by a previous company, and recommended a redundant system to make sure water never leaks out of the system. He showed me exactly where the fault was, the water path that was the evidence, and recommended the back up system. Also found was a small amount of mold, and we decided to install a UV system in the plenum near the blower. It looks great. We are super happy.
Installation UV lights inside of the air handler between the blower housing and coil. Installed safety switches on the secondary drain line and chained in to the other two switches on the auxiliary drain pan and ez trap
Arrived today to perform tune up, checked electric heat, gas valve pressure, flame sensor, ignitor, inducer fan motor, watched sequence of operation, heat is working with no issues on both systems. checked for gas leak didn't find it. everything was working fine except for the ductwork for the system that is located in the attic couple boots was off the sheetrock and not insulated told him that's the reason why there is water around the supply.
Very nice dude
Arrived on site to provide a quote for multi-head mini split. Customer did not want to move forward at this time.
Arrived for tune up found some issues on the system. battery cap contactor, also told them its time to add an easy start and a surge protector. Pressures are low. Gave the customer some options.
August 13th 2025 returned to top off the system that was low on our last visit customer stated that the system isn't doing what it was doing where it went into heat mode I believe the thermostat may have went into a test mode during that time. Topped off the refrigerant with R32 about a half a pound. Performed a leak search no leaks at the indoor coil for the line set that is accessible. No leak in the outdoor condenser coil or the line set that is accessible on the outdoor system. I did pick up a leak on our straighter valve. This could have been during installation not tightening it enough or during startup when we disconnect our hoses sometimes our gauge hoses or probe ends will grab the Schrader valve and slightly Twisted when we are disconnecting. I tighten down the straighter valve checked again and the leak was no longer present. Customer mentions wanting to do her fall maintenance and the month of October if possible. She mentioned she may call Kelsey but just in case I'm putt
Arrived today for an estimate but customer just wanted the system to be checked out. I told the owner it will be $39. She agreed. Checked pressures and they were fine. Customer joined us. She paid the 99.00 today.
I was told I needed repairs that turned out not to be needed. I received a second opinion from another A/C company who told me the repairs this business stated I needed were not necessary. This business Air Repair AI showed up very late no respect of people's time after already waiting hours for service and tried to get money out of me from the beginning after lieing to me they do free estimates. They failed to mention they only give free estimates on repairs and tried to charge me after they arrived and finished their inspection of why my A/C wasn't cooling the house. I was quoted $2,000 something to fix a leak that didn't exist and given an option to replace my two year old A/C for $11,000 something. Absolutely ridiculous! I only needed one part everything else was a money grabbing lie. Thankfully I didn't fall for the SCAM and got a second opinion from an honest, professional and reliable company who I was required to pay No service fee and received military benefits and discounts from. I made a bad choice choosing to trust Air Repair AI, they smelled my desperation and was willing to take advantage of the opportunity. I do not recommend this company!
Super professional, courteous and knowledgeable!
