Arrived on job and spoke with customer regarding water leaking down the wall from the HVAC system. Performed a full inspection of the condensate drainage system to determine the source of the leak. Initially checked the drain line for any blockages or restrictions that could have been causing water to back up. After further inspection, found that the issue was not due to a clogged drain line, but instead a crack in the plastic condensate drain connection, which is allowing water to leak during system operation. At this time, the system is unable to properly drain condensation without leaking. Recommended returning with the proper tubing/materials and necessary parts to repair the damaged section of the drain assembly and restore normal operation. Customer was informed of findings and recommendations.
Arrived on site to perform scheduled preventative maintenance and complete a full system tune-up on the HVAC equipment. Inspected and tested all major components of the system including electrical connections, capacitor readings, blower operation, condenser performance, thermostat operation, drain line condition, refrigerant pressures, and overall system functionality. Cleaned and serviced the equipment as needed to help ensure proper airflow and system efficiency. At this time, the system is operating properly and within manufacturer specifications with no immediate mechanical failures found during today’s visit. Filters, temperature split, and overall performance were checked and verified during operation. Customer was informed of current system condition and overall performance of the equipment. Arrived on site and spoke with homeowner. Customer directed technician to equipment location for routine maintenance inspection. Completed full system evaluation. System is operating properly at this time with no mechanical issues observed. Noted condensation on kitchen supply run, causing moisture buildup and visible water staining on ceiling. Discussed findings and likely causes with customer. Customer declined any repairs at this time and plans to contact home warranty (American Home Shield) regarding possible coverage. Customer also advised of a recent death in the family and upcoming travel, contributing to decision to postpone work. Customer understands system condition and recommendations.
Arrived on job installed indoor air quality system running normally you need to schedule duct cleaning
Arrived on job went full system. Customer system is running normal operational. No signs of any issues over Amping issues or anything like that with system. Spoke to Customer about indoor air quality told Customer read easy stage one and stage four would be the best bet for his system due to what’s going on inside the Duct system
Arrived on job for a tuneup the tuneup on the full system found out system is running properly. Other than the fact of the inside of the unit is very disgusting. It’s when Customer showed Customer everything inside of the unit explain that the inside of the air handler needs to be deep, cleaned quoted a duck cleaning as well Customer is buying home from owner and just wants to make sure everything is running properly for the unit went through full system found that blower motor is over ramping just a little bit due to the amount of dust on the wheel.

Arrived on job noticed a customer is not interested in anything other than the thermostat. Customer insists that I’ll look at the thermostat. Explain to customer that the problem he may be having is due to a float switch and the main drain line. Customer does not want me to mess with float switches will get his company to handle it. Customer insists that they have nobody here to sign checks. Everything they do goes through checks will return Monday morning to receive check for $39 even.
