Service Report Arrived on site and performed a complete system evaluation. Upon inspection, found the system was not operating properly due to a low refrigerant charge. The system was approximately 1.5 pounds low on refrigerant. Added the necessary refrigerant to bring the charge back within manufacturer specifications and verified proper system operation. After charging the system, the unit was tested and is currently operating normally with proper cooling performance. Further inspection revealed a refrigerant leak in the condenser coil. The customer was informed of the leak and understands that the refrigerant added today is a temporary solution and not a permanent repair. Customer stated they are planning to replace the HVAC system in the fall and would like to keep the current system operational through the summer months. Customer elected to proceed with refrigerant only at this time and paid in cash. System was operating properly at the time of departure with no additional issu
