Arrived on site and spoke with the customer regarding their concern about the opening that was cut to accommodate the installation of the new attic system. I assured the customer that I will follow up directly with the installation manager to address the concern and ensure that any necessary repairs or finishing work are completed to proper standards. The customer acknowledged and understood the plan moving forward. Proceeded with a full tune-up of the main level system. Completed a thorough inspection of all components, including electrical connections, refrigerant levels, and overall system performance. Cleaned and evaluated the unit to ensure optimal operation. At this time, the system is running properly and within manufacturer specifications, with no signs of mechanical issues or performance concerns. System is operating efficiently at the time of service.
Arrived on site for a no-heat concern following a recent system installation. Performed a diagnostic inspection and identified that a wire to the high-limit switch was not properly connected, which was preventing the system from operating correctly. Reconnected the wiring and verified proper system function. Tested the unit through a full heating cycle to ensure safe and efficient operation. System is now running properly with no further issues observed at this time.
