Arrived on site to perform a routine system tune-up. Conducted a thorough inspection of all components, including electrical connections, airflow, and overall system performance. At the time of service, the system was found to be running and operating within normal parameters with no immediate mechanical concerns observed. During the evaluation, it was identified that the thermostat is not reading accurately, which may affect system performance and temperature regulation. Recommend replacing the thermostat under warranty to ensure proper functionality and reliable operation. Additionally, discussed with the customer the benefits of duct sealing to improve overall system efficiency, reduce air loss, and enhance comfort throughout the home. Recommend scheduling duct sealing service to address any potential leakage and optimize system performance. Customer has been informed of findings and recommendations. System is currently operational.

Arrived on site and completed a full system tune-up. After a thorough inspection and servicing of all components, the system is operating properly and within normal parameters at this time. There are no signs of mechanical, electrical, or performance-related issues. It is recommended to maintain the current outdoor unit due to its proper operation; however, adding a surge protector is advised to help protect the equipment from potential electrical surges and extend the lifespan of the system.

Arrived on job to perform a precision tuneup nobody was currently home at the time knocked on door multiple times called customer left voicemail. No answer. Got Justin to call Customer twice. No answer. He left voicemail as well and text message. Waited around for 30 minutes. Knock on the door one last time before I left no signs of any customers took pictures of home and address to confirm arrival.

Customer just moved in a month ago will call us back he don’t want to do anything at this time

Arrived 9-6-25 for tune-up. Checked system in cooling and heating. Checked filter condition. Checked electrical connections and components. Checked blower condition and amperage. Flushed / vacuumed drain line. Checked condition of coils - cleaned outdoor condenser coil with TriPowr foam cleaner. Checked condition of lineset. Checked condition of ductwork. Checked amperage of compressor and condenser fan. Checked refrigerant pressures. Checked indoor humidity level. Checked temperature split. Tested heat strips. ————— Found excessive buildup of dust / debris + microbial growth within ac system and ductwork. Found vinyl tubing for condensate pump twisted and not allowing proper flow. Found system does not have surge protection. ————— Recommended replacing vinyl tubing for condensate pump to help properly terminate water from home. Checked temperature split. ————— Upon arrival, customer stated downstairs system is inoperable and has been out of commission for a good bit of time - causing upstairs system to operate harder than normal to compensate. Found microbial growth and dust/ debris buildup in upstairs air handler and duct system, causing blower motor to overamp and consume more electricity. Found main level system was a 1996 R22 Heat Pump / Air Handler that was completely out of refrigerant, had mangled / bare thermostat wire outside

Found condensate pump operating harder than necessary and overheating. Found compressor needs an easy start kit to prevent overamping and harsh run conditions. Found supply plenum for main level system needs to be repaired + mastic sealed. Found neither system had surge protection. ————— Recommended BreatheEasy packages to customer.

Arrived 8-13-25 for system replacement. Removed existing and set new equipment. Soldered copper lineset to units. Pressure tested to 300psi for 10 minutes. Pressure test passed. Pulled vacuum to 400 microns. Released charge. Standard low and high voltage reconnection. standard reconnection on drain lines, and vacuumed drain line. Installed fire alarm and refrigerant leak detector. Reconstructed supply and return plenums. Insulated lineset where necessary. Installed water safety switches. Installed new WiFi thermostat, and programmed to system specifications. Tested system functions. ————— Will return within the next few days to reconnect heat side of system.
