Arrived on time, knowledgeable about equipment, considerate. Did not try to upsell me, but also gave me information on upgrades that were available if I wanted.
Arrived on site to perform a comprehensive preventative maintenance tune-up on both HVAC systems. Completed a full inspection of all major components, including condenser units, evaporator coils, blower assemblies, electrical connections, capacitors, contactors, and overall system performance. Verified proper refrigerant pressures, checked voltage and amperage readings, and ensured all components are operating within manufacturer specifications. Both systems are currently operating properly with no immediate issues or faults observed at this time. Airflow, temperature split, and overall system performance are within normal ranges, and units are running efficiently. It is highly recommended to install surge protection on both systems to help safeguard sensitive electrical components from voltage spikes, which can cause premature failure or costly repairs. Installing surge protection will help extend the lifespan of the equipment and provide added reliability. At this time, both syste

Arrived on site and performed a comprehensive inspection of the entire system, including all internal and external components. At this time, no issues were found, and the equipment is operating within normal parameters. Discussed findings with the customer and explained that, although the system is currently equipped with duct cleaning and surge protection, I would still recommend installing our Breathe Easy indoor air quality package. This upgrade can help reduce mold, bacteria, and other contaminants, ultimately minimizing the need for frequent duct cleanings and improving overall air quality. Upon completion of the evaluation, the system was confirmed to be operating properly with no signs of any additional concerns at this time.

Arrived on job went through tuneup with Customer explained everything with a tuneup clean system checked every component in system. Customer sounds interested in the cleaning. She wants me to call her back Friday around noon to go over everything with the dog cleaning and get her signed up on the maintenance agreement. Will reach back out Friday around noon.

You can obviously tell Cory is very knowledgeable in his craft. Just off of a “Free Tune-up” ad on social media, Cory put forth everything I expected and much more. He identified problems and offered transparent solutions for the problems. We will definitely be utilizing Cory and Air Repair AL again very soon.
