When I arrived and spoke with the agents inside the building and going off of how it felt in the building, the system was failing, but the agent thought it was due to the thermostat going back to it set point, but the set point was still lower than the temperature in the building so I went to the rooftop and actually found that only one system was running and the one on the side of the building where the comfort was high and temperature was actually not running at all. I went through the historical alerts on the bac net system. And found that there has been a couple of years of high-pressure cut out failures where the system has went off and then eventually locking out and requiring a technician to reset. At first, it was showing that there’s a blockage in the cooling metering device, causing the high pressure, but I could not get it on yet because it would not let me reset the error and reboot. I then went to another phase of diagnostics for the sensor itself and temporarily bypassed
2 gentlemen showed up in the morning and worked through the day to replace two furnace/plenum units that are located in my attic. They performed in the background with no noticeable disruption to our everyday activities.
Dean is very knowledgeable, competent and communicates well. We’re very pleased!

We want Bernard as our tech from now on. He is an asset to your organization. Thank you!
Great advice and knowledge. Thank you
Repair guy spent about 3/4 a day over the course of 2 days. Checking the system. Never found a leak (or never disclosed a leak was found). Showed 3 pics of rust spots but not guage info. Told me I needed 2 new systems at $22,000. This price included a number of "bells and whistles" that I have now learn were not necessary. I will note one of the systems was working and cooling downstairs. According to the repair guy there were no other option. After the purchase of new systems didn't happen, I was charged for service call and left without any relief. Contacted another company for second opinion. Informed need to recharge one unit (downstairs) and replace coil in unit for upstairs. Work was done for less than $2000 Repair guy was nice guy but he didn't diagnose anything without first calling "manager" and then it was all about selling new systems.
Amazing service
Mark was very professional- he arrived within the time that he texted. Mark was also very informative about the product and services.
Did a very thorough job of figuring out the reason for my issue.
Fast response and great service
