Arrived 8-26-25 for tune-up (converted to promotional first responder tune-up.) Checked system in cooling. Checked filter condition. Checked electrical connections and components. Checked blower condition and amperage. Flushed / vacuumed drain line. Checked condition of coils - cleaned outdoor condenser coil with TriPowr foam cleaner. Checked condition of lineset. Checked condition of ductwork. Checked amperage of compressor and condenser fan. Checked refrigerant pressures. Checked indoor humidity level. Checked temperature split. ————— Found 1995 R22 3ton 3-piece (80%) system. Found system had lower-than-usual pressures, with a leak within the evaporator coil. Found heat exchangers (chambers) in very poor condition and rusted (carbon monoxide hazard). Found flue pipe was only single wall - posing as a potential fire hazard. Found both compressor and blower motor overamping. Found internal system components covered in microbial growth. ————— Recommended system replacement

Installed new ac/coil and 90% furnace. Ran high voltage from panel to new disconnect for condenser. Ran new line set, thermostat wire, and new thermostat. Installed new pvc flue. Installed new switch and outlet. Installed condenser pad. Installed new april aire filters. Need to return to insulate ductwork.

Cory was very personal and transparent with everything he saw with our air unit. He wasn't pushy on sells, he was more focused on what we needed .
Arrived on job continue to do maintenance on system pointed out. A few issues with equipment showed customer what was going on on not connected. No P-trap was connected closing water to drain back into system not able to cool properly due to water in system. Explain this to customer customer understands. replaced drain fixed drain for system. Everything up and running normal operation. No signs of any further issues with equipment. Customer is satisfied.
