Arrived 8-14-25 for first-responder promotional tune-up. Checked system in cooling. Checked filter condition. Checked electrical connections and components. Checked blower condition and amperage. Flushed / vacuumed drain line. Checked condition of coils - cleaned outdoor condenser coil with TriPowr foam cleaner. Checked condition of lineset. Checked condition of ductwork. Checked amperage of compressor and condenser fan. Checked refrigerant pressures. Checked indoor humidity level. Checked temperature split. ————— Found both systems struggling to keep home cool. Customer stated power bill ranges between $20-$30 daily. Found main level air handler flooded, and struggling to keep up. Found upstairs air handler did not have any water safety switches whatsoever. Found main level air handler evaporator coil covered in dust / debris. Found upstairs air handler evaporator coil rusted out and needs to be replaced. Found both systems with major air leaks within duct systems. Found bo
Arrived 8-12-25 on call for water leak. Upon arrival, checked drain and found major rust deposits in pan stopping drain from flowing properly. Oxidation is forming from evaporator coil. Conducted leak search and found leak within evaporator u-bend. Recommended system replacement due to age, current condition, and existing issues. Quoted drain cleaning. Recommended AR Comfort Club membership to customer to keep system maintained. Provided replacement estimate with Justin - today-only pricing of $6,987.00 Customer would like to think options over. Will call customer back tomorrow. Collected balance via COD.
Arrived on job checked both systems found that downstairs system has issue with grounded compressor spoke with customer husband had to take kids to school for the parent teacher first day. Customer informed he would give call when he got home with his wife. Customer did not want to do anything right now until we fix issue with downstairs system.
