I preformed a tune up at this location. The od coil was very dirt and needed to be cleaned. I cleaned it twice. Once with water and then with chemicals. Cst needs surge protection, and an easy start immediately. I quoted for duct cleaning, coil sterilizer, and ionizer to improve the air quality of her home.
Fix p trap. Maintenance plan. Arrived today, p trap was loose recommended to replace it and also recommended the maintenance plan, she paid $376 today. please contact her so we can send somebody to do the tune up and double check the p trap make sure it is good.
Arrived on site to perform a tune up on both of customer’s systems. Overall, systems were in very good shape, apart from having clogged TXVs on both systems and a leaking evaporator coil downstairs. Tech quoted customer for repairs. Customer stated that they do not want to move forward at this time. Both systems remained operational upon departure.
Nicholas Walker and Thomas did a fantastic job installing our new Rheem 2.5 ton Home Air Conditioner today in 94 degree, extremely humid, conditions. Following a normal service call the very day after requesting it, the installation was scheduled the very next day following our decision to replace our existing but failing 32 year old original unit. Replaced 2.5 ton ac/coil with 80% furnace. Replaced thermostat and condenser pad. Reconnected flue and gas line. Pressure tested and pulled vacuum to below 500 microns. Released charge and verified operation. System is operational at time of departure.
Quoted 2.5 ton for 12987 and 2ton for 11987 both 80 percent gas furnace. Ran credit. BC.

2 system tune up. Got with Justin who prepared and few options of unit replacement for a 32 year old R22 system that controls the downstairs.
Replaced 3.5-ton ac/coil and 90% furnace. With new drain pan, outdoor pad, and new thermostat. Cut in new 20x30 return. Reconnected gas line and flue pipe. Repositioned unit so that service side is accessible. Verified drain was draining. Need to return to upside 14" return to 16". System is operational at time of departure.

Arrived today for an estimate customer wanted to move forward with the option 14 seer pack system for 10987 but she didn't have credit history plus she didn't have a bank account info so we can run it thru breeze, she said that she will talk to her son to see what they can do.
Service call, found condensate line clogged and also found drain pan full of water. Cleared the condensate line and customer proceeded with clearing the water from the drain pan to avoid any extra charge. Unit is back up and running.
