Arrive on job to do maintenance visit went through all systems. Checked all systems to see if everything was running properly internally no signs of any issues with equipment Customer want to quote for dehumidifier for master bedroom system, and main level system to get rid of humid humidity problems did full inspection upon furnaces and coils of all systems no signs of any damage or any faulty components everything is running smoothly no signs of any further issues
Arrived on job found that package unit 7 1/2 ton outside behind church has cracked heat chambers. Customer said that he had multiple estimates already wanted us to go ahead and send an estimate over to him. Tried to call Customer multiple times. Cannot get him to answer text to Customer as well. Can not get him to answer? We’ll get with Justin about estimate. He is going to to call customer
Arrived on job found furnace blower is pulling to many amps burning out battery caps gave all information to customer about replacing blower or furnace or equipment customer is in chapter 13 and she is currently looking to find someone to help the credit wises

Arrived on job to maintenance mini split found a mini split is only a year old. Customer has protector on it already. I spoke with her about multiple things. Customer may be interested with indoor air quality in her mini split

Arrived on job completed tuneup service both systems and generator changed oil and generator replace filter fire generator back up running properly checked system no signs of any issues with equipment everything running properly
Arrived on job spoke to customer about system. Customers of the system is struggling to heat. The home went through the entire system cut the system up to 72 system heat the house up to 72° went through the entire system. Everything is working operational no signs of any issues spoke to Customer about joining the maintenance plan. She said her warranty company comes out and maintenance is her system. She will do a tuneup through us come spring. Customer is very satisfied and will call us and let us know if anything else happens.

Arrived on job found the system is running properly. Spoke to customer. Customer said it happens and they reset the breaker to get it to function properly. Told Customer just give us a call when it starts doing it again will not be able to diagnose it unless I can see the error code that it is throwing. We’ll have to call tech-support on this call when we come back.

You may have a friend that she’s going to call to see if they will help her, but she will not be able to call them until tomorrow and then she said she would give me a call and let me know what they say.

Arrived done job explained to customer that system as a 1988 furnace and a commercial building Customer understands he wants to replace the equipment. Maybe after Christmas just does not have the funds. They are community based company. All their money comes from the community. He just does not have the funds right now to take care of it. He said he’d give us a call after Christmas. If unit was installed would be a very hard install outdoor unit is on the roof and door. Unit is in an attic with a extra attic above the main attic really nowhere to stand in the attic other than the joist would take longer period of time.
Showed up to customers house knocked on door no answer called Customer multiple times. No answer. Waited around 30 minutes no signs of Customer.

Arrived on job found that breaker was tripped causing session not to run properly unit as a 2020 carrier system heat pump air handler checked all through system to see why system was tripping a breaker could not find any issues may have been from a surge issue explained to customer they highly need a surge protector to protect their equipment customer has to go through her room mate that’s at work
Arriving job to install coil I found that ductwork is clean installed coil light. Try to put vibration pads underneath furnace to get vibration. Noise to stop not let the furnace up by myself. Explain to Customer. I’ll go ahead and schedule her first maintenance next week sometime to get out of here and do her maintenance put some vibration pads underneath the furnace. Customer is extremely satisfied. upon departure.
Arrived on job spoke with customer. Customer really wanted to duct cleaning cut open ductwork show Customer pictures of ductwork explained to her. Yeah she really needs duct cleaning. Customer understands duct. Cleaning needs to be scheduled for Wednesday. Customer will be in meetings all day long. Customer said that he would show us around when we got here to get duct cleaning done also will need to put in coil light after duct cleaning. Customer is extremely satisfied.

Returned 9-6-25 for install warranty. Upon arrival, found system frozen and could not check or balance refrigerant charge. Turned on heat to defrost and provide fan until return on Monday, 9-8-25.
