Checked unit everything running told customer to keep a eye on it

Returned 9-6-25 for install warranty. Upon arrival, found system frozen and could not check or balance refrigerant charge. Turned on heat to defrost and provide fan until return on Monday, 9-8-25.

Arrived on job spoke to customer. Customer is in the process of trying to pay home off. Customer showed me where she paying her home. She said she would get her system taken care of by us. As soon as our home is taken care of she will contact us as soon as possible.

Found multiple issues with equipment needs to be fix customer will fill out app when wife gets home

Arrived 9-5-25 for tune-up. Checked system in cooling. Checked filter condition. Checked electrical connections and components. Checked blower condition and amperage. Flushed / vacuumed drain line. Checked condition of coils - cleaned outdoor condenser coil with TriPowr foam cleaner. Checked condition of lineset. Checked condition of ductwork. Checked amperage of compressor and condenser fan. Checked refrigerant pressures. Checked indoor humidity level. Checked temperature split. ————— Found 2010 3.5ton 3piece 90% furnace with 2014 3ton straight AC inverter outdoor unit. Found duct system’s internal insulation falling apart and no longer satisfying half of the house properly. Found SS2 float switch not wired in at all. Found compressor overamping, with high head pressure on refrigerant. Found system had no surge protection. Found dust / debris and microbial growth forming within duct system. Found safety disconnect bypassed at outdoor unit. ————— Recommended wrapping duc

Returned 9-3-25 for repairs. Installed 100pint Aprilaire Dehumidifier in-line with supply and return duct. Installed new condensate pump with vinyl tubing terminating outside of house properly. Installed new double-wall vent pipe. Installed LED BreatheEasy. Re-wrapped areas of concern with duct runs. Tested system functions. Systems operating properly at this time. Financed through GreenSky. ————— Note: Duct cleaning will take place at later date.

Found duct work full of dust / debris + microbial growth. Found duct wrap on runs full of condensation. ————— Recommended whole-home dehumidifier. Recommended replacing flue pipe. Recommended BreatheEasy package options + duct cleaning with a duct wrap. Customer approved through GreenSky. Will return to complete work next week.

Found nothing wrong customer wants me to call him tomorrow

Arrived 8-27-25 on call for no cooling. Upon arrival, found battery cap had popped. Recommended battery cap, surge protector, easy start, and system starter. Recommended ARCC Membership for priority service, routine maintenance, and prolonged lifespan of system. System is fairly New York system. Found flue pipe was single wall and mastic sealed. Quoted all repairs Customer approved battery cap and membership only. Made repairs and tested system functions. System operating upon departure. Collected via credit card. ————— Will return soon for tune-up.

Arived on job customer is having issues with mini split found bored on unit sending signal to compressor off and on compressor sounds very bad cutting on and off due to bad bored may have bad compressor as well won’t be able to till board is fix customer ordered mini split online can’t get parts for mini split when I told customer she was not happy after that wave 39 fee per AJ she will call us back when she gets parts

Arrived on job spoke with customer Customer just bought the house three months ago having to fix water damage from a flood for a water leak inside the wall slow customer with the cage. Customer does not have keys for locks on the cage. Ask Customer if it was OK if I got locked off, Customer was OK with it. Only issue is locks are in boxes. Cannot get my torches in there to burn logs off or need to return. Customer is OK with us returning sometime next week to cut the cage and complete maintenance.

Called customer multiple times no answer waited more than 30 minutes no response

Arrived 8-17-25 for system replacement. Installed 3ton 3-piece cooling system with an 80% furnace. Removed existing equipment. Soldered lineset to units. Pressure-tested to 300psi for 10 minutes. Pulled vacuum below 500 microns. Standard reconnect of low and high voltage wires. Installed new drain line and condensate pump. Standard reconnect of gas line. Standard reconnect of flue pipe. Insulated lineset accordingly. Installed Honeywell FocusPro non-WiFi thermostat. Standard reconnect of ductwork with mastic-seal. Tested system functions. System operating properly at this time.

Arrived on job found bad motor and control board look looked further into system noticed that board and motor are both burned out due to power surge. Customer decided they wanted to upgrade system turnover to Justin.

Arrived on job completed on maintenance gave customer multiple options customer is going on vacation won’t be able to do anything at this time

Returned 8-7-25 for system replacement. Removed existing furnace + evaporator coil with drain pan. Set new equipment within attic over drain pan - supported by foam blocks. Reconnected return trunk, as well as installed new 12” flex run connected to trunk. Reconnected low and high voltage wiring accordingly with two drain safety switches wired in-line with R terminal. Standard reconnection of both primary and secondary drain lines. Hung + zip-tied lineset over the walkway. Standard reconnect to supply plenum with R8 ductboard, and mastic-sealed entire system. Reconnected flue pipe to furnace. Repaired two 6” flex runs within attic. Leveled Nest thermostat correctly on the wall. Cleared / flushed drain lines with vacuum. Tested system functions. System operating properly upon departure. ————— Note: Will need to return to reconnect gas line to furnace with black iron fittings. Gas is shut off at valve beside system at this time. Customer’s duct system is in poor conditi

Arrived 8-6-25 for system inspection. Upon arrival, found 4ton 3-piece system (horizontal flow) within attic. Found that storm damage has left evaporator coil, plenum and furnace damaged / dented. Found armaflex missing from drain line and lineset; with lineset being a smaller-than-required size for system. Found 12” return flex crushed, and 6” supply collar disconnected within attic. Found system did not have any flood protection switches (primary or secondary). ————— Provided two options to customer: 1. Replace R-410A evaporator coil and matching furnace. Repair supply plenum, supply flex run, and return flex on duct system. Add armaflex insulation to drain line and lineset. Add float switches to drain line and pan, as well as add replacement pan. 2. Replace whole system with R-454B refrigerant (evaporator coil, furnace, and condenser), with new pad, whip from breaker box, as well as all duct repairs previously mentioned.

Arrived 8-4-25 on call for no cooling. Upon arrival, found condenser completely disconnected at refrigerant lineset, as well as thermostat wire frayed and disconnected. Condenser unit’s data plate has been scratched off and is unable to be viewed. System is mismatched - with air handler being a 3 ton, and the condenser is a 4 ton. Recommended total system replacement due to current condition, age, and existing issues present at this time. Sent credit application to customer through Synchrony.
