Job Locations and Reviews
Performed maintenance to the system. Washed and conditioned coils spoke with customer about easy start and recommended search protection. Customer stated that he would call in Payment for five years Maintenance membership for the 297 but that he would be doing the easy start himself. Please refer to notes on the conversation about that and me informing him about those type of decision decisions.
Diagnosed gas pack and found that the gas valve was non-responsive to the proper voltage being sent to it in the order of operation on startup

Customer needed to drive down the cost because he will not commit to payments on the full Duct design that is needed so reusing the supply trunk and just The supply runs and new Plenum’s with new connections to the Plenum
Performed maintenance to the system. System is doing great washed coils added easy start and battery cap. Billed for that in full as well as setting up a partial ductwork replacement, which is set up through Servicefinance for 7774
Condensate hose was not cracked nor broken nor pierced. Condensate hose was chewed through by a rodent signs of the rodent was local to the hose, and it is very obvious that it was chewed through… pictures in documents.
Returned and installed 2 new breakers and labeled them in new panel. Started system up and charged system by sub cool. Took a temperature split between return and supply and was receiving a 19-degree split. Verified condensate pump was operational. System is operational at time of departure. Need to schedule first maintenance visit 6 months from today September 1st 2026.
Level two added due to the extensive nature of the job. Time involved with completely disassembling the pipe in sections and taking the pipe apart at the seams to scrape the pipe because brushes and vacuum would not release the gummed vent dust. The pipe was clogged the full 16 foot of dryer vent.
Replaced 2.5-ton heat pump air handler. Replaced pad, disconnect, whip, pan, and thermostat. Flushed drain line. Installed two float switches and verified that they would shut the system down if tripped. Installed 16x20x4 April Aire cabinet. Verified operation in cooling mode. System is operational at time of departure.

Paid over $12000 for new hvac. Told them countless times they could not leave the air off all day because I have a dog in the house. Came home from work and the air had been off all day and it was 80 degrees in the house. It would have been worse if I had not had the house freezing with all fans blasting when I left. The guy was late to put in the new thermostat. They said it would only take 15 minutes. It took him about 1 to 1.5 hours. Then the thermostat took 5 minutes to start the unit. Then I saw an ad that said discount for nurses. Never offered that either.
