This is a brand-new apartment duplex. Customer didn’t know what was going on and why the thermostat was blank, but I did find that the breaker was off, but the breaker was off because the system is actually not cutting off when it is satisfied or if you just turn it off. I did find that this particular blower control relay is inside of the ECM itself and will require replacement of the ECM motor. It is very unfortunate that the blower relay is not external. It is recommended with the parts number. I have up to replace the small relay with the chip at the same time as replacing the blower motor, but all that can be done within the pricing of the installation of the new ECM motor. Motor is definitely under warranty. I did tell the owner that I would price surge protection.

This is a Coleman gas pack on the left-hand side of the Home; picture of modeling serial number uploaded to documents. All orders of operation for startup are within factory specs but when it comes to the blower, kicking on after the exchanger is hot or the timed delay sends the signal to the blower it is doing so but the blower is failing to stay running with applied voltage. The motor is taking on proper voltage from high and low but not holding the command and failing itself. ECM blower motor will need to be replaced. I quoted the homeowner $490 to replace the ECM motor that is still under warranty. Please note that the homeowner is going to go ahead and pay for Maintenance when we come out and wants to see if her first Maintenance, which would be the fall Maintenance can be done the same day of the blower motor install. Motor has been ordered from Johnstone. The old motor is available for the swap on the warranty. Can be put on schedule for Thursday afternoon. Motor is being order

This will be installation of the zone board and two thermostats that will be supplied by a 70 V transformer, labor, in the price.

System has caught a surge and smoked thermostats and zone board We will need to replace the zone board and two thermostats as well as rewire on the outdoor unit and indoor unit coming from outdoor outdoors. System will also need a 70 V transformer due to two thermostats, two boards, a zone board, and three motors running off of 1-40 V. Transformer. I will pick the things up from Ferguson for Monday. I was able to bypass and get emergency strip heat only with both zones open for a temporary solution until Monday when we come back.

Customer went with different company.

Codes are cleared and a normal operation. Standby.

April air to be installed on the return Plenum. Return Plenum is located on the right side of the system with three return attachments. This will go between the Plenum and the system.

Tune up- checked all heating and cooling aspects of system, notating with the customer the biggest concern is changing out the condenser fan motor “pitted and rust” indicating overheating and cleaning off the blower wheel. Customer understands the work that the system needs and will reach out.

Total system restoration - checked pressures and electrical. Found leak in system due to refrigerant levels low. Customer decided not to do anything at this time.

Installed 2ton heat pump with two new disconnects indoor and outdoor with pad whip and thermostat. Installed new condensate pump and verified drainage. New copper line set was also installed with the units. Installed new ducting system with 7 runs new supplies and return plenum new trunk lines and return duct. Homeowner was educated on thermostat.

Customer was interested at this time in price only no commitments at this time. Has a 2.5 Ton HP / AH. Justin gave me the price of 9987.

Arrived at customers home and customer explained her system is 19 years old and she is interested in a new one. The system is a R22 that has an extremely low superheat. Compressor and fan motor extremely hot. Condenser is unlevel. Furnace drain pans full of water, evaporator coil frozen and blower is off balance. This information was brought to the attention of the customer. Ran credit for new system 10987. BC. Customer will speak with her father, and I will follow up of Tuesday. Customer was made aware of issues with the drain pan full of water and any and all other issues.

Arrived today to diagnostic system, found out that the system has a leak in the evap coil, system is out of warranty also checked ductwork and it is in bad conditions. Give her options about repairs vs replacement. She wanted to move forward with the replacement and upgrade the ductwork. we tried GreenSky synchrony and breeze, but we couldn’t get her set up. She says that she was going to talk to her mom today around 2 o’clock and see if she can use her information for payment options with synchrony. homeowner paid $39 for the diagnostic fee today.

Arrived at customers house, customer informed myself that he had a few companies come out and offer replacement vs repair options and now he wants to replace. Customer has a 2.5 Ton 80% furnace and after speaking with Justin, a price of 8500 was given. Customer agreed to price, and we spoke of monthly payments while Greensky was ran. BC. Customer didn’t want financing that was going to get him out that 120-160 mark. I told him we can also collect half up front and the other half upon completion. Customer didn’t go with that option at this time. BC.

Arrived on site to provide a diagnostic for why system is not cooling. Found that an animal had gotten into the duct system and damaged several areas of it. Overall, the condition of the system looked good, apart from a very dirty evaporator coil. Tech provided a quote for new ductwork and evaporator coil cleaning, to be completed once animal has been removed.

Total system restoration - arrived at customer home and was shown the system. System is very low on refrigerant “freezing over” and on heating side the inducer motor has a very loud noise bearing wore out. Quoted the customer repairs and replacement. Customer wants to speak with his cousin who controls the property. Spoke with Justin about this as well as new system pricing.

Arrived today to perform tune up, found couple issues with the system, battery cap, contactor, easy start. Owner is aware of the issues she said to give her a week to do the repairs I sent the estimates thru her email. She paid the $39.00 today.

I preformed a tune up for first responders at this location. I presented with surge protection, return duct modification with new grille, condenser fan motor, coil sterilizer, ionizer, and remi halo. Customer had mentioned hit spots on the opposite side of the house as the unit sits. I looked and found the return for the main floor u der sized for the cfm the unit operate at. We came up with a duct to supplement the existing g return to achieve 1400 cfm at this location..

Arrived and walked into the kitchen and was greeted by Kay the manager and there’s a very small drip coming from half a 2x2 tile the tile itself is wet. I did put a bucket under it on the top of a rack to catch the drips and told Kat one of the smaller guys will be out tomorrow to further inspect. She said that’s completely fine and understands. I also spoke with Sean about this. Arrived to find one unit was blowing into the second unit. Switched both thermostats to have the blowers on constantly so that they are not backfeeding into each other and condensating.

Installed the new pumps ran new tubing. This will take care of the dehumidification issues.

Arrived today for an estimate customer didn't have enough credit for GreenSky or synchrony, so I tried breeze I got her approved but she didn't want to pay high monthly payments, she only gets social security check every month, told her about the option for semi monthly but she didn't have money for the down payment.

Arrived today for an estimate, couldn't get the customer set up for monthly payments. customer is waiting for somebody to give her a call and see if she can cox for her. I will follow up with her today.

Arrived today but no one came out, called the customer twice left vm message customer said that he called and cancel, also he tried to reschedule but we will charge him so he decided not to do it.

Arrived today to diagnose the system, no issues with the system, what I found is the ductwork in the crawlspace is really old, and told her that she is losing airflow. also, the drain line has 2p traps and is not letting the water to drain properly outside so all the water is going back to the unit. Gave her options to upgrade the ductwork for 5487 told her that we offer payments options, but she wanted to talk to her husband first because they probably will pay in full. Collected the $39.00 now, she will call back later today.

Arrived today found issues with the compressor and filter drier in the system refrigerant was not flowing properly, gave her options about repair vs replacing the system and she moved forward with the replacement. sold for 12987 she financed through synchrony; we will install it tomorrow. waived 39.00.
