Excellent service
Replaced 3.5 heat pump, coil, and electric furnace. Moved outdoor unit from under back porch. Ran new line set and low voltage wire from outdoor to indoor unit. Installed 20x20 return grille. Installed 2)16x20x1 filters on evaporator coil. Replaced thermostat. Ran new whip from breaker panel on outside of home. Verified operation in cooling mode. System is operational at time of departure.
Removed transition that was choking out system. Rebuilt a much bigger plenum to allow the systems to run properly. Found that the drain line was frozen and the condensate for the furnace was installed incorrectly. Rebuilt drain line to drain more efficiently and insulated drain line on the outside of the building. Verified operation in heating mode and emergency heat. System is operational at time of departure.

Arrived at the location and customer informed myself that he had purchased two Mr. Cool units from Lowe’s that he has a handy man that installed the systems, I spoke with the handyman via phone and he informed myself that one of the systems will not cut on at the condenser and he doesn’t understand why. And that the blower motor on the air handler portion of this unit will run backwards at that times, somewhat erratically. The drive isn’t suppling power to the compressor or fan motor. Spoke with the customer about upgrading the units and also spoke with Justin and quoting for system replacement.
Arrived today to take the surge protector off the system as the cst did not want and asked to be refunded.
Arrived today to diagnose the system, unit was down due to the battery cap was dead, recommended to replace it along with easy start, contactor, surge protector she paid by check 1190.00 repair was done same day.
