Arrived on site and performed a comprehensive inspection of the HVAC system. All components were thoroughly evaluated, including the condenser, evaporator coil, electrical connections, airflow, and overall system operation. At the time of inspection, the system was found to be operating properly with no visible signs of malfunction, abnormal wear, or performance issues. System pressures, temperature split, and general operation all appeared to be within normal ranges. During the visit, attention was also given to the water heater, where an issue was identified at the bottom seal. The seal appears to be compromised/broken, resulting in a minor water leak. While the leak is currently small, it has the potential to worsen over time if not addressed, which could lead to further damage or inefficiency. The issue was clearly explained to the customer, including potential repair or replacement options. The customer acknowledged the findings and stated they are personally acquainted with AJ
