Found the drain to the evaporator coil to be clogged with debris such as insulation and even acorns. I cleared the drain using compressed air. Customer is not the original homeowner so it's not under warranty however I did put in a estimate to replace the evaporator coil will have to check on availability tomorrow in case the customer decides to go with it it's 8:25 at night so all the supply houses are closed. Also recommend a blower wheel cleaning. This will increase the performance of the blower motor and save the customer money on their power bill by having us pull out the blower and housing remove the blower from the housing wash the blower wheel reassemble and then reinstall.

Demo the old ductwork and install 12 runs and 1 return will be round metal hard pipe with insulation, will need 1 return box and 1 supply box along with basic uv light and one filter cabinet to put normal filter for the system, see pictures on service titan. Replaced all ductwork and installed uv light and filter rack at unit. Homeowner removed filters that were in the returns so that it is not double filtered. Checked pressures before departure.

I picked up a check for the company

I preformed a two sysyem tune up. She wasn't i terested in any sales due to other ongoing projects. Deck, roof and some other thing.

Arrived today to perform tune up, cleaned coils, checked the pressures, no issues or concern about the system. Spoke to the owner about the warranty on the system, I told them that they system it already 10yrs old, so the warranty already expired, he is aware of that. Some repairs have been done 3 months ago like contactor and battery cap. Also cleaned the drain line.
