Arrived today to diagnose the system, system has a bad blower motor, will follow up with customer tomorrow bc i need to find out if the system is under warranty or not. She paid $39 today cash.

Installed condensate pump, replaced Contactor, and cleaned coils.

Arrived today to perform tune up Check battery, cap contactor, and pressures found out the battery. Cap is weak. Pressures are fine. Contact as well. Customer mentioned to me that every time that he gets really hot outside the system works hard and it’s not keeping the temperature where they want to be at. I didn’t find any leaks adjusted airflow at the blower motor the system is only four years old recommend him some options about facing the drain line, battery cap contactor, easy start surge protector and add a bacteria us eliminator customer said he will talk to his wife today and he will let us know.

Upon arrival, I found a small slow drip of condensation come from the unit at the support branch ket. After checking around and under it I found a screw hole which is what I suspect to be leaking eventhough I didn't see it. A small of of cond was coming from so.e where close. I taped the hole closed and looked for other leaking or reoccurring leaking. I found none. I placed a portion of a work towel to dry up any residential water left inside the bracket. I waited for any water to leak uott. I did t not see any more at the time of this service. I i.formed the cst to call us if it starts leaking again.

*****Multiple issues found will have to go over with management to offer the best possible price for repairs. Systems are cooling at the moment but they do have leaks when there are other issues that are going to affect the components and efficiency please email all photos and videos to the homeowner today so that when we give them the estimates possibly Monday they can see what we are seeing with the systems***** Three systems total two heat pumps and one mini split. Mini split is said to be one year old. The two heat pumps are from 2019 and or from Train. Two and a half ton heat pump air handler located in the crawl space. Supply duct work is too large. Causing the trunk lines to sweat. No clean out or vent after the P-trap for negative pressure or Servicing. Also found a leak in the condenser on the right hand side of the home just before the back porch. Tech will need a quarter inch nut driver to remove the screws from the bottom of the back porch to access the crawl space. Found

Arrived today because the owner said that is 80 degrees inside, he also said that is not blowing harder than the old unit was, adjusted the airflow speed, now its blowing hard and is cooling properly. customer felt the difference.

Arrived today to perform tune up, customer wanted to take advantage of the 39.00 tune up. tried to get her on the membership plan but they didn't want to. cst also asked me how much it would be to add a bypass I told him 774.00.

Checked what phase the system is.

Diagnosed system 19 yr old 4 ton hp/ah, drain pan full of water, with consent from Amanda Taylor (330) 239-7980 charged 800 for diagnostic and clearing drain pan. Justin is sending quotes for unit replacement to Amanda Taylor also.

Arrived on site to diagnose why customer’s system was leaking water onto basement floor. Found that condensate pump was clogged and had a hole in the side. Customer requested that hole be taped up and tech cleaned out pump. Customer joined maintenance plan and would like to schedule a cooling tune up for sometime in August when they return to SC.

I preformed a tune up at this location and found cfm to be rusty and fan blade to be replaced immediately. Near future needs Starter, easy start and batt cap. When you have the money ionizer, c O l starter, and bacteria and virus eliminator. Customer stayed he only interested in the cfm and blade but wants to wait till it goes out before he changes.
