Arrived today because the owner said that is 80 degrees inside, he also said that is not blowing harder than the old unit was, adjusted the airflow speed, now its blowing hard and is cooling properly. customer felt the difference.

Diagnosed system 19 yr old 4 ton hp/ah, drain pan full of water, with consent from Amanda Taylor (330) 239-7980 charged 800 for diagnostic and clearing drain pan. Justin is sending quotes for unit replacement to Amanda Taylor also.

Arrived on site to diagnose why customer’s system was leaking water onto basement floor. Found that condensate pump was clogged and had a hole in the side. Customer requested that hole be taped up and tech cleaned out pump. Customer joined maintenance plan and would like to schedule a cooling tune up for sometime in August when they return to SC.

I preformed a tune up at this location and found cfm to be rusty and fan blade to be replaced immediately. Near future needs Starter, easy start and batt cap. When you have the money ionizer, c O l starter, and bacteria and virus eliminator. Customer stayed he only interested in the cfm and blade but wants to wait till it goes out before he changes.
