At this location, I found a 16" return duct had separated at a joint toward the back of the crawl space. I prepped the two pointing parts , placed them together and secured with pan tie, and sealed to keep the return from pulling in air from under the house.

3 ton heat pump located on the left hand side of the home from the front view R22 installed by individual most likely a past or present employee of Easter guard since the sticker on the condenser states that that's the company who was maintenancing it. Air handler located under the home. The call for today was because the 2-ton system on the right hand side of the home air handler located in the garage area hanging from somewhat of Unistrut was making the house foggy due to a leak in the evaporator coil and the fan dispersing it through the home I did tell the customer to keep that system off because the refrigeration can take oxygen out of the air. We'll have to likely do some reconfiguration on the 2-ton that's why it's a little more expensive. I would almost recommend placing it up right with an upload and putting an emergency drain pan under it with new plenums and running flex to the supplies and the return. Arrived on site to provide an estimate on a 2.5 Ton system and new ductwork. Quoted customer 13987 for a new system, which included conversion from a diesel furnace. Customer was quoted 21,474 for new ductwork and a new system. Customer did not wish to proceed with filling out application for Synchrony.

Arrived on site to perform maintenance on both systems. Both systems were cleaned and a full diagnostic was performed. Found that both systems had refrigerant leaks in the evaporator coils and schreider valves. Additionally, the compressor on the upstairs system was beginning to over amp upon start. Tech quoted customer for repairs on both systems as well as system replacement. Customer stated that they would discuss which direction they would like to take and joined the maintenance plan.

Estimate, ran customer through greensky and got denied, tried breeze but no bank account info., cars pulled up and a lady got out and informed me the this address doesn’t belong to the customer to even make those decisions. I immediately left.

Arrived on site to perform maintenance on customer’s systems. Overall, systems were in good condition apart from the main floor system’s compressor starting unreliably due to an undersized liquid line. Tech quoted customer for repairs and explained the risks of not addressing the compressor and other required repairs. Customer joined maintenance agreement and systems remained operational upon departure.

Replace new hvac system 3.5 ton Daikin 14 seer 10yrs parts and 1yr labor 2yr limited warranty on condenser unit as well.
