Arrived today to perform tune up, cleaned coils, checked battery cap, checked contactor, pressures, system is cooling properly however spoke with him about the components. Gave him options in order to replace the battery cap and contactor even though they are good at the moment, but I told him that he doesn't have to wait until it goes out, he just paid the 39.00 for the tune up today.

90% gas fired furnace located in the crawl decent crawl easy install accessibility. The 12-inch return will have to be increased to at least the 14 if not adding a return as well we may be able to get a 16 in there but it's hard to say due to the gas line running in the way. Also the supply side of the system is duct board and spider webbed recommend replacing the return and supply side. Two and a half ton case coil with a 2 1/2 ton condenser located in the backyard middle of the home. Need a condensate pump for the drain line to keep the home from getting too much moisture and the crawl space. It does already have an outlet there that can be used for power it would just need the pump and the tubing to be ran out with the line set. Customers getting more quotes and also mentioned not wanting to run his credit he may be able to purchase it a different way but would like the estimates emailed to him for today's visit and a follow-up to be performed Wednesday.
