Arrived today to diagnose the system only Mr. Jones was home, but his wife was working and she’s the one who makes payments in the house. found a couple stuff on the unit first the unit was leaking out about 4 pounds of Freon battery cap was quick contact as well and recommend them to put an easy start for the compressor. I talked to the wife over the phone. Explain how much it would be for repairs on the system, and she didn’t want to do any of the repairs because of the price. I asked her what time she was going to be at home so we can explain her a little bit better, but she says that she doesn’t get off until 6 PM. also found out that they purchased a house, but they never purchased the system so there’s no warranty on the system at all. second option, I give them he was upgrading the system just because there is no warranty at all they only paid $39 today with a credit card.

$39 tune up, customer has leak in evaporator coil, customer didn’t proceed with any repairs or replacement due to him believing our pricing is way too high for him.

Arrived today to perform tune up, cleaned coils, checked battery cap, checked contactor, pressures, system is cooling properly however spoke with him about the components. Gave him options in order to replace the battery cap and contactor even though they are good at the moment, but I told him that he doesn't have to wait until it goes out, he just paid the 39.00 for the tune up today.
