Sold need to perform work tomorrow a.m. Did a 39 dollar tune up the condenser coils extremely dirty. Has a possible leak in system but customer is going to keep an eye out “condenser coils”. 7/16/25 I replaced the condensate pump for a purchase from the tune up that was preformed. I adjusted the length of the pvc drain to match the new pump as well as hard wired the pump i to a different location to make accessing easier for future repair if any arise.

At this location today, I installed gas line in the form of black pipe, installed a locking 90°flue, and also trouble shot the heat because it was not running at time of service. Turns out one of the wires to the pressure switch had detached from its location. After reattaching the wire, it worked as it should.(see pic).

Replaced 2 ton ac/coil with gas furnace. Ran new line set with line hide. Sealed ductwork that was torn. Replaced pad and thermostat. Installed 16x25x5 aprilaire filter box with filter. Verified operation before departure. Need to return to install 4" twist lock bvent and install gas line. Homeowner wont be home until after 2 tomorrow.
