Arrived on site to provide a quote for multi-head mini split. Customer did not want to move forward at this time.

Arrived for tune up found some issues on the system. battery cap contactor, also told them its time to add an easy start and a surge protector. Pressures are low. Gave the customer some options.

August 13th 2025 returned to top off the system that was low on our last visit customer stated that the system isn't doing what it was doing where it went into heat mode I believe the thermostat may have went into a test mode during that time. Topped off the refrigerant with R32 about a half a pound. Performed a leak search no leaks at the indoor coil for the line set that is accessible. No leak in the outdoor condenser coil or the line set that is accessible on the outdoor system. I did pick up a leak on our straighter valve. This could have been during installation not tightening it enough or during startup when we disconnect our hoses sometimes our gauge hoses or probe ends will grab the Schrader valve and slightly Twisted when we are disconnecting. I tighten down the straighter valve checked again and the leak was no longer present. Customer mentions wanting to do her fall maintenance and the month of October if possible. Arrived today for an estimate but customer just wanted the system to be checked out. I told the owner it will be $39. She agreed. Checked pressures and they were fine. Customer joined us. She paid the 99.00 today.

16x20x1 static electric filter Grill installed and wired in. Customer was promised to box containing at least five replacement filters Premiere is now sending blue filters instead of white and they are also only sending three packs instead of five packs ordering another box of filter material to be dropped off on her fall maintenance. Collected pictures and model and serial number for equipment.

Customer has two systems both their heat pumps both Air Handlers located in a utility closet in the basement. Two ton air handler has a rusted evaporator coil perform delete search however no leaks were detected at this time on this system there is a blower capacitor that is a 7.5 reading a 3.8 that I recommend having replaced for the blower motor goes out. It is showing signs of partially clogged piston. Two and a half ton which controls the main level of the home also has a rusted foil performed at least search it does have a micro leak however at the time the system does seem to be operating with inspects. Found a dead rodent in the condenser wiring compartment. Everything outside of a condenser also checks out Both blower Wheels have microbial growth for example mildew and mold. Both would need to be cleaned but also I would almost advise against it to save for a new system these systems will be lucky to see it through the winter when the refrigeration reverses its cycle and sen

Arrived at customers house, for a first responder tune-up. Customers system is very low on refrigerant and has a leak in outside coil. I brought these deficiencies to the customers attention. Customer wants to speak with his spouse to decide the best route for them. Current system is over 9 years and again running low on refrigerant causing harm to the compressor currently.

Arrived today to diagnose the system and found out that the contactor was bad. Told the owner that we had to fix that first and then re-diagnose the system again and see if we can find any other issues. told the homeowner that the system is from 1984 is completely out of warranty. I shared with him some options about upgrade in the system. He said that he was going to talk to his wife tonight and he was going to call Justin. collected the $39 in cash.

Arrived today to diagnose the system, found out airflow issue one of the dampers motors are bad also system is low on freon gave her option about repairing the system.

Arrived on site to diagnose why system was not cooling. Found that drain line had gotten clogged and inline wet switch was shutting off 24v throughout the system. Water was cleared from system and drain line. Drain line was cut to correct length to allow water to drip out properly. System was operating and cooling upon departure.

Installed a Daikin 3ton HP/AH with Pad, Whip, Disconnect, and Thermostat.

****New3 ton heat pump air handler and condenser with new pad, pan, whip, disconnect, tstat, electrostatic filter, surge protector, flush line set, 12 year warranty 6 yr condenser warranty for 10987 accepted over the phone on recorded line and customer is going to esign the estimate to begin ordering equipment and material. Justin agreed to have it installed on Saturday. Customer will be splitting up the amount half on a check half on the credit card the check will be post-dated installers will need to collect electronic payment off the credit card before leaving site*** 3 ton heat pump system air handler located in a utility room in the basement controls the upstairs and basement area. Found the coil to be extremely rusted and did a leak search. Coil does have a leak in it and the blower motor has went out variable speed ECM not under warranty. The system is over 20 years old so I would recommend replacing the entire system because even with the motor replacement and blower wheel

At this location, I found the condensate pump full of organic growth and it was backing water on to the floor. I attempted to remove the debris but ended up replacing the pump altogether. Happy home owner.

Arrived today and the unit was not running due to an issue in the disconnect at the air handler. high voltage wire was not making good contact, so I was losing voltage. fixed this issue and the ac is back online.

Arrived today to perform tune up unit is from 2007 system is overcharged with R22 told her that the compressor is failing, gave her a price for a new system tried to run credit for her son and her on the loan but they don't have good credit. she had to go out she told me to follow up Monday so we can try another financial institution. She paid $39 today.
