Arrived today to perform tune up found issues with ductwork, also blower motor is not in good conditions talked to Mr. Bruce and I gave him options. he said that he is going to talk to his wife between today or tomorrow. He paid 39.00 today. I penciled him for Thursday 1:00pm.

I preformed a tune up at this location and found nothing. This system is a Gree Double condenser mini split. I will admit it's on the larger size of mini splits. Cst declined to purchase anything du to the fact of them moving shirtly.

Heating tune-up checked electrical, pressures, and gas. System is ready for the heating season. She has a very tight and narrow driveway that leds off a heavily traveled main road in Greenville, needs the maverick when this call is ran. Customer signed up for the membership.

9/8- Customer isn’t at home knocked on both front and side door. No vehicles in driveway. Waited around 25 minutes to see if anyone would show up. 9/9- Showed up and greeted by Mrs. Pratt and showed and explained to her how to change her filter.

I came to thisblocation to find a noise as the system turned on. I checked capacitor, blower motor, compressor, contactor, and heating side for any kind of noise on start up. I found and heard nothing. Cst stated the system has not made that noise since my arrival. Unfortunately, I can't fix what can't find. Cst stated she would try to get it on video the next time it happends.

Justin spoke with pastor and he wanted the coils cleaned on his system. All units have had coils cleaned and work is completed. 129 a piece, 7 systems

After arrival, I found the blower motor not blowing at full capacity. I checked for 240v and we had it. Also for 24v, and we had it. I checked to see if any board outside co trolled the blower and it didn't. I concluded the blower motor ecm was bad . I obtained a new gentec ecm motor and and installed in the existing Air handler and checked for proper operations. It was operating as it was designed.

Building Estimate.

Arrived today to diagnose the system found out that the contactor was bad, checked battery cap and its good also pressures, he paid $407 today for contactor, dispatch fee, and membership. System is back online.

Arrived at the call and checked in with the front desk, was met by a manager on duty who explained 4 to 5 weeks ago they have had an issue with them being warm throughout the building. But now the building seems fine lately. I went and checked all thermostats in the building and found the thermostats to be set at 74 to 79 degrees. I asked the manager has anyone turned the thermostats down and to her knowledge they don’t get changed. I spoke with her about turning down thermostats and she said patients will then get cold and she asked what she she do about that. The manager then had a meeting to attend I had to leave the building while they have a meeting to go back to my vehicle. I have no direction as to what unit needs work or area. And confused as to the thermostats being set so high. I called Sean and told him this information and he told me to write this down and if there’s any other issues we can come back out especially since I don’t know how long til I can gain access inside th
