Arrived today to diagnose the system found out that the contactor was bad, checked battery cap and its good also pressures, he paid $407 today for contactor, dispatch fee, and membership. System is back online.

Arrived at the call and checked in with the front desk, was met by a manager on duty who explained 4 to 5 weeks ago they have had an issue with them being warm throughout the building. But now the building seems fine lately. I went and checked all thermostats in the building and found the thermostats to be set at 74 to 79 degrees. I asked the manager has anyone turned the thermostats down and to her knowledge they don’t get changed. I spoke with her about turning down thermostats and she said patients will then get cold and she asked what she she do about that. The manager then had a meeting to attend I had to leave the building while they have a meeting to go back to my vehicle. I have no direction as to what unit needs work or area. And confused as to the thermostats being set so high. I called Sean and told him this information and he told me to write this down and if there’s any other issues we can come back out especially since I don’t know how long til I can gain access inside th

Nic did a great job evaluating why our commercial HVAC (2) were not operating properly. He showed the damage and came back the next day to replace the items. He provided repair/replacement estimates for one of our split systems that is about 20 years old. Also did a diagnostic on unit C3, the system needs to be replaced, and customer was emailed a quote.

Arrived on site to diagnose why system was not working. Found that air handler was not receiving high voltage. After verifying that the breaker was working properly, tech found that one of the two junction boxes in place in by the system had shorted out. Due to the location of the junction boxes, tech recommended customer to contact an electrician to fix high voltage wiring. Customer agreed to join maintenance plan and said he would contact us to schedule a tune up once power has been restored to the system.

Did diagnostic on 5 systems, originally had a call for no air on two of the systems and found both systems had worn out belts and one system was completely frozen over. Informed the owner and that its 129 a piece for each system. The owner said ok and make the belt repairs and also do the other 3 systems too. After checking everything out on the other systems one belt has a couple of slice marks in that and needs to be replaced. Will need to come back tomorrow for repairs.

I came out to this call and found a 12 ft step ladder is need for safe access to the mezzanine overhead. I eliminated the pan for the dehumidifier leaking but could not see the pan for the system. A return visit with a 12 ft step ladder is needed for accessing the. e-zine. 12 ft step ladder is needed. August 18th, 2025, Mark Childress Arrived on site to find that the dehumidifier was not plugged back in due to it being ducted it was putting cold air into the dehumidifier but was not sucking it back out creating a P-trap water leaked out of the dehumidifier and the ductwork into the emergency drain pan the emergency drain pan is not supported on either end but only in the center this created a tilt when those pan got full of water. We'll need to return with two more techs or installers and a couple of 2x4s to support the emergency drain pan or we could put in a smaller drain pan all together possibly four ft or so. August 19th, 2025, Thomas Stancil and Sean Visser Returned to ins

Two ton heat pump With three zones Period Attic access Located Upstairs Tech will need a six foot ladder to access Scuttle hole. System primary drain clogged emergency drain pan leaking water onto the back patio. Cleared both drains negative pressure system does not have a vent after the P-trap which is sucking the water back into the air handler cabinet soaking the insulation causing higher humidity and longer run times as well as not draining properly. Recommend adding a event to prevent this from continuing and rusting out the drain pan or the air handler cabinet Zone board states that the ac voltage is insufficient they do not have a Transformer for the Zone board this could cause the Zone board to go out

Customer not at residence, knocked multiple times, rang the door bell, tried to call. Spoke with Kelsey about this and she even tried to call. Waited and additional 5 mins then left. 8/13/25 5 pm I came to this location and found the tstat in waiting mode needing it reset with information to operate. Reset it and it started to run. The cst stated it would operate for a short amount of time the the system would stop operating and the tstat would go blank. I stay around for a while to see if the system would duplicate the problem and about 30 min into the wait, it shut off. I immediately checked voltage to tstat I checked the air handler and it both high and low voltage. Long story short, the drain line was clogged. I did the usall and cleared the drain line. As I was filling out the paper work for this call, the cst came to the van and said the unit had stopped again. Upon further investigation, the drain line is completely impacted with slug and will most likely need to be rep

August 13th 2025 arrived replaced the belt and adjusted everything for the correct tension. Also replaced the five uf capacitor. Clean the condenser coils with the longer hose pipe that I arrived with. Put in the customers filters it took four 14x20x 2 I also replace the customer supplied thermostat unfortunately we were not able to get it set up due to having the power cut off on the roof because the condenser motor shaft was so excessively rusted even after penetrating lubricant and sanding the shaft it was still impossible to remove the blade. Got in touch with Johnstone on Industrial Drive they said they would have to special order the blade that it would arrive on Monday. We will need to arrive around 2:00 Monday to replace the condenser motor with the new blade as well after picking it up from Johnstone in the morning. Customer is also interested in a duct cleaning and mention that in the near future they are going to be trying to get all the other systems on the roof up and goi

Two and a half ton heat pump air handler is located on the crawl space crawl space access is located on the right hand side of the home there are two access points the original part of the house is the first you will come up to it has a red dot on the door the addition is underneath the porch you will have to go towards the back side of the home right where the porch steps are and there's a piece of lattice that you can open and get to the crawl space access that way . Condenser is located on the left hand side of the home and the system is from 2016 . This is a tenant and landlord situation . I've written up multiple estimates . Customer was interested in a duct cleaning but with the issues I see with the system and the duct work and even adding the repairs and the cleaning together it would almost make more sense to replace the duct system itself and improve efficiency and airflow . At the end of the day we will do whatever the customer wishes to do but there are other issues with t
