Arrived on job noticed a customer is not interested in anything other than the thermostat. Customer insists that I’ll look at the thermostat. Explain to customer that the problem he may be having is due to a float switch and the main drain line. Customer does not want me to mess with float switches will get his company to handle it. Customer insists that they have nobody here to sign checks. Everything they do goes through checks will return Monday morning to receive check for $39 even.

Arrived on job spoke with customer. Customer showed me where everything was after upon further inspection of the equipment found no issues with the equipment cleaned outdoor checked everything spoke with customer. Customer did not want to talk about any options. Customer got a little heated.

Arrived 8-5-25 for promotional tune-up. Checked system in cooling. Checked filter condition. Checked electrical connections and components. Checked blower condition and amperage. Flushed drain line and cleaned condensate pump. Checked condition of coils - cleaned outdoor condenser coil with TriPowr foam cleaner. Checked condition of lineset. Checked condition of ductwork. Checked amperage of compressor and condenser fan. Checked refrigerant pressures. Checked indoor humidity level. Checked temperature split. Documented system age. ————— Found buildup of microbial growth within air handler, causing blower to overamp. Provided options for IAQ products to help alleviate issue. Found pressures reading lower than usual - conducted leak search. Picked up reading beneath compressor on condenser unit. Informed customer of all present issues at this time. Recommended AR Comfort Club membership to customer for routine maintenance as well as discounted prices on any repairs / system enhanc
