This company is the best I have worked with in South Carolina so far. They replied right away after I called them with message, conforming my appointment. Next morning they informed me about scheduled time and arrived right on that time. Very impressive! Their employees are highly professional and explained everything in details. Found the problems right away and did everything what needed. Dean was highly knowledgeable, professional. I will call only THEM if I have any problem. Comparing to other companies -they are the BEST -professionally and economically.
This Home was deep into the woods of Honea Path and there was absolutely no signal. The service Titan app did not work due to no data at this location. Customer states that it will just stop blowing warm. Please note that I did not find absolutely any issues with this system. The defrost cycle was proper in test run. The pressures were great, and the heat pump was heating the whole time that I was there. I set the thermostat to 75 and brought the Home up from 56° to 72 and the duration of time that I was there. I could find no wrong issues, but the customer has gotten taken advantage of from other company where she bought the mobile home charging her for refrigerant. $500 and charging her for leak detection test with die. There’s been no test runs with dye because there’s none in the system. The system has no leaks because I run electronic leak detection. I did talk with the customer about a buyback of her system so she can get rid of the headache. Please put this under follow up. Due
Customer wanted a diagnosis on his system, R22 refrigerant levels low and oil on the compressor. Customer was informed replacing would be the next step. since the system is 22 years old and replacing R22 parts and components will outweigh the price of replacement. Customer wants to make it through the heating season and then possibly replace. Spoke with Justin and gave a price for a 4ton hp package unit for 12987.
Arrived today for an estimate, provided to the customer all the information I can about replacing the system, along with a new ductwork or just the system itself. she didn't want us to run the application she just wanted to know how much it would be monthly and the prices. she also mentioned that she had several ppl telling her that it would be good idea to put a package system, explained her they will have to demo the wall to sit the unit also do a little bit of ductwork run new wire etc..
