Arrived today to diagnose the system, customer has a mini split system 2 heads 1 compressor, cleaned the drain line also used drain pan treatment to prevent get clogged again. Customer joined our membership. he paid 258.00 toady.
Systems are controlled with an automation system off-site you have to call the number to adjust the thermostats. E1 is an error code I was receiving for the split system thermostat. The person who unlocked the thermostats for me to adjust them check the systems said that E1 is a low voltage control issue and to just tighten everything from the thermostat to the control panel that's located on the air handler for the split system. It is a 3 ton 15-year-old heat pump with no electric heat and a straight AC condenser on top of the roof. After tightening all everything down it still did not come on still displaying the E1 error code. I bypassed the control board and the thermostat in the system came on. The control board is definitely the issue, and I would also recommend replacing the thermostat as well. Since they are interconnected there could have been damaged received to the thermostat as well as when it happened to the control board and I would hate to replace the control board and
Notes: Arrived at customer house, customer wasn’t there called the customer, and she stated she wouldn’t be home until later that her times got mixed up. And she wanted me to give her a price over the phone. I called Justin and explained what was going on and he gave me the price of 9987 for a 2.5-ton gas pack. I called the customer and gave her the price, and she said she was shopping around and has had some huge expenses come up and if she needs us, she will call.

Arrived today to diagnose the system, furnace switch was off, switched it back on, customer already spoke to mark.
90% gas-fired furnace with 4 ton AC case coil left discharge moderate to difficult access due to the returns and drain line for the homein the way. 4 ton condenser and crawl space access located on the right hand side of the home. Gas meter has copper line for gas being fed to the home and is not grounded or bonded. Found multiple areas of black iron pipe that are extremely rusted recommend replacing this to avoid gas leaks. While checking the charge it was determined that the system was low on refrigerant I checked outdoor condenser for leaks and did not find any however I did find one at the evaporator coil. System should be under warranty but I will have to call and verify and check availability and see if the customer wants to go with the labor price to have it replaced this price would include refrigerant new TXV new filter dryer and one year labor / equipment warranty on part replaced. This includes removing the old coil putting in the new coil brazing pulling a vacuum pressure
