Good service

Arrived on site to conduct an inspection on the customer’s system post-install. Found that drain line was run improperly, leading to water leaking into customer’s wall. Additionally, found that there was no auxiliary drain pan drain line. Increased fan speed on blower motor to allow more airflow throughout the home, and found that refrigerant levels in system were too low. Tech quoted customer for repairs and customer agreed to have refrigerant levels fixed and 2 new drain lines ran.

Bc Customer was unable to get approved through green sky and good leap did not want to go with the breeze application I did tell her that I could have Justin send her the synchrony application to her email. She is going to keep an eye on her email and see if she can be approved through them. 90% gas fired furnace 2- and 1/2-ton cased coil with zone board 2 zones and 2 tstats located in the Attic. pull down access located at the top of the stairs first room to the right after reaching the landing. Plenty of room to work with. Really tall evaporator coil not much room going vertical before reaching the pitch of the roof. Condenser located on the left-hand side of the home you can see it when you pull up and park on the street just past the home. Evaporator coil completely frozen over. Also detected a leak at the condenser coil.

Arrived on site to provide an estimate for a new 3.5 Ton heat pump. Customer stated that he would speak with his wife regarding estimate and come to a decision. Customer stated he would likely make payments on system but cannot run his credit at the current time due to other projects at this time.

Contacted customer thru text message I sent her pictures about the job was completed, also she wanted an explanation for the first, second and third visit, explained her that first visit was no cooling properly, I checked pressures and everything was fine, second visit, it's when I noticed about the old ductwork. Recommended her to replace for being old, she also asked me about the 2 vents on the third floor because it was dripping water on the supply. Told her that her option is to disconnect the flex from the truck line that's feeding air up there and sealed it but idk if that's something she wants to do.
