Arrived on site to provide a diagnostic for why system is not cooling. Found that an animal had gotten into the duct system and damaged several areas of it. Overall, the condition of the system looked good, apart from a very dirty evaporator coil. Tech provided a quote for new ductwork and evaporator coil cleaning, to be completed once animal has been removed.

Total system restoration - arrived at customer home and was shown the system. System is very low on refrigerant “freezing over” and on heating side the inducer motor has a very loud noise bearing wore out. Quoted the customer repairs and replacement. Customer wants to speak with his cousin who controls the property. Spoke with Justin about this as well as new system pricing.

Arrived today to perform tune up, found couple issues with the system, battery cap, contactor, easy start. Owner is aware of the issues she said to give her a week to do the repairs I sent the estimates thru her email. She paid the $39.00 today.

I preformed a tune up for first responders at this location. I presented with surge protection, return duct modification with new grille, condenser fan motor, coil sterilizer, ionizer, and remi halo. Customer had mentioned hit spots on the opposite side of the house as the unit sits. I looked and found the return for the main floor u der sized for the cfm the unit operate at. We came up with a duct to supplement the existing g return to achieve 1400 cfm at this location..

Arrived and walked into the kitchen and was greeted by Kay the manager and there’s a very small drip coming from half a 2x2 tile the tile itself is wet. I did put a bucket under it on the top of a rack to catch the drips and told Kat one of the smaller guys will be out tomorrow to further inspect. She said that’s completely fine and understands. I also spoke with Sean about this. Arrived to find one unit was blowing into the second unit. Switched both thermostats to have the blowers on constantly so that they are not backfeeding into each other and condensating.

Installed the new pumps ran new tubing. This will take care of the dehumidification issues.

Arrived today for an estimate customer didn't have enough credit for GreenSky or synchrony, so I tried breeze I got her approved but she didn't want to pay high monthly payments, she only gets social security check every month, told her about the option for semi monthly but she didn't have money for the down payment.

Arrived today but no one came out, called the customer twice left vm message customer said that he called and cancel, also he tried to reschedule but we will charge him so he decided not to do it.

Arrived today to diagnose the system, no issues with the system, what I found is the ductwork in the crawlspace is really old, and told her that she is losing airflow. also, the drain line has 2p traps and is not letting the water to drain properly outside so all the water is going back to the unit. Gave her options to upgrade the ductwork for 5487 told her that we offer payments options, but she wanted to talk to her husband first because they probably will pay in full. Collected the $39.00 now, she will call back later today.

Arrived today found issues with the compressor and filter drier in the system refrigerant was not flowing properly, gave her options about repair vs replacing the system and she moved forward with the replacement. sold for 12987 she financed through synchrony; we will install it tomorrow. waived 39.00.
Paid over $12000 for new hvac. Told them countless times they could not leave the air off all day because I have a dog in the house. Came home from work and the air had been off all day and it was 80 degrees in the house. It would have been worse if I had not had the house freezing with all fans blasting when I left. The guy was late to put in the new thermostat. They said it would only take 15 minutes. It took him about 1 to 1.5 hours. Then the thermostat took 5 minutes to start the unit. Then I saw an ad that said discount for nurses. Never offered that either.

2020 Trane two and a half ton gas package unit located on the right-hand side of the home on the backyard point of view in the backyard. System showed signs of low refrigerant checked evaporator coil no leaks but there was debris remove the debris. Did a leak search on the condenser coil and found a leak. When I arrived the condenser coils were severely clogged this could have led to the leak since the condenser has the high temperature and pressure to remove the Heat from the refrigeration cycle by dispersing it with the condenser fan.

System does have a bad blower motor that would need to be replaced however the system is an old R22 90% gas fired furnace located in the Attic Tech will need a ladder to access go to Hole located in the bedroom to the left and side of very small closet. System is difficult access even when in the Attic. If the customer goes with an install the old unit will need to be taken apart piece by piece and the new unit as well to be able to get them in and out. Arrived today to diagnose the system, subcontractors called us because they were doing some remodeling in the owner's house and they messed up the high voltage wire, this system was inverter and communication, reset the system. Unit is back online. One thing I mentioned to the owner is the drain, was not draining properly, and all the water is going back to the system and will create bacteria in the future. Subcontractor paid 317.00 today.

Wrapped all the liquid lines to the five units to keep the refrigeration from boiling in the hot attic due to low ventilation and extremely high temperatures. Wrap them all from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit as far as I could go.
