Arrived today to perform tune up, found some issues with the system, customer did not want to move forward with the repairs, she just wanted to move forward with the system replacement. She financed thru synchrony. Waived 39.00.

Arrived on site to diagnose why system is not cooling. Found that compressor had shorted to ground and disconnect had been damaged by electricity. Additionally, customer’s fan motor was overheating and needs replacement. Customer agreed to quote to have AC system replaced. Customer will fill out Greensky application with her co-applicant tomorrow to set up payments.

I arrived and asked what was happening to the system Csr stated there was no issues with the system at this time. I che ked to see if units where operating and they where. I closed out the call.
We want Bernard as our tech from now on. He is an asset to your organization. Thank you!

Arrived on site to diagnose why system was not cooling. Found that a leak had formed in a faulty connection on the liquid line. Leak was repaired, a new vacuum was pulled, and system was recharged with refrigerant. System was operating and producing a 20 degree temperature split upon departure. Work was performed under 10yr P/L warranty.
Great advice and knowledge. Thank you

Customer has issues with the split system and are probably going with a Mitsubishi unit. Customer also informed me that they have a person that does their ac on the main house that is planning to install this unit. I informed the customer if they ever need us to call and we would be glad to help.
Repair guy spent about 3/4 a day over the course of 2 days. Checking the system. Never found a leak (or never disclosed a leak was found). Showed 3 pics of rust spots but not guage info. Told me I needed 2 new systems at $22,000. This price included a number of "bells and whistles" that I have now learn were not necessary. I will note one of the systems was working and cooling downstairs. According to the repair guy there were no other option. After the purchase of new systems didn't happen, I was charged for service call and left without any relief. Contacted another company for second opinion. Informed need to recharge one unit (downstairs) and replace coil in unit for upstairs. Work was done for less than $2000 Repair guy was nice guy but he didn't diagnose anything without first calling "manager" and then it was all about selling new systems.

Arrived to seal up supply plenum that is leaking air and condensing into emergency drain pan. Checked the unit and found that the coil was leaning towards the back away from drain line. Adjusted level to ensure proper drainage and screwed bottom of the plenum to the coil. Using mastic tape we sealed the bottom of the plenum and coil then we went over the tape with mastic paint. Verified that the blower was in high speed tap for cooling. System is operational at time of departure.
Amazing service

I preformed a tune up at thisnlocation and presented with evaporator coil cleaning, condenser fan motor, surge protection, Easy Start, ionizer, and coil sterilizer. The cst ultimately asked how much for a 4 ton hp spit with 10 kw to replace the existing one. We are his first estimate. I told him we can beat ANY pricing as long as we are Comparing apples to apples.

Icleared the pri.ary drain again and noticed my tape job with the mastic tape had failed. Install is going to come down Mo day to mastic the joints for a better seal to prevent further condensate leakage.

I will return tomorrow to find the leaks and check on warranty. Sscheduled time .
Mark was very professional- he arrived within the time that he texted. Mark was also very informative about the product and services.

3 ton York heat pump condenser located on the back side of the home on the right hand side crossfest access to the air handler is located on the left hand side of the home towards the back. Found the system to be low on charge by 2 lb customer agreed to have us top it off. Found a leak at the evaporator coil no leaks detected at the condenser. Pictures and videos are in service Titan. Screenshots of before and after of refrigeration for air flow capacitor slightly out of range and Rush amps higher than normal recommend compressor saver. Cabinet is sweating due to poor air circulation recommend cleaning the blower wheel Standalone estimate in service titan. Customer would like to have videos and pictures sent to the email so that they can review my findings and work perform today to possibly move forward with the blower wheel cleaning surge protector and compressor saver. Customer did sign up for a maintenance agreement. It's also important to note that when I arrived there was a piece
Did a very thorough job of figuring out the reason for my issue.

After removing the water from the 2ndary drain pan, I wondered what caused the pan to fill back up since the pan was cleared by the cst on Friday. I looked under to cabinet to find condensate leaking from were ice cold air was blowing onto the bottom of the cabinet and back into the 2ndary pan. I also noticed where tape had come lose from the cabinet allowing this to happen. Insu is needed to prevent the cold air blowing g onto the cabinet. New mastic tape is needed to seal at the supply duct in this area. One other area would be needed to seal insulation to an individual run as well. I tested the primary drain line with a quart of water and had no issues. Cst also stated the desire of a 2ndary pan drain line to prevent this from happening again.
Fast response and great service

Drain was clogged cleared out the water, used pan and drain treatment. system is back online, no issues or concerns about the system.

Cooling tune up 3 systems, checked pressures, electrical, coils. Customer was made aware of deficiencies for in his systems. And one RTU that needs to be replaced, it is at the end of its life. Customer didn’t proceed with any repairs or replacement at this time. Spoke with both Justin and AJ about this. Customer wasn’t interested in any type of financing at this time either. 4800 would repair 3 systems between the Simpsonville/ Roebuck addresses and the RTU at the Simpsonville address again needs replacement.

Arrived today to perform free tune up, found issues on the system customer did not want to do repairs so she moved forward with a new system will be a Daikin 14 seer 3.5-ton heat pump. She financed thru GreenSky she also activated the account.

25 ft of 4 in hard pipe located in the crawl space. Moderate to difficult access. Crawl space located on the left hand side of the home and the front yard. Customer has two systems recommended Club maintenance agreement. Customer is shopping around for the dryer vent cleaning getting a couple of prices and will let us know.

Arrived today for an estimate customer has a system from 1992 gave her 4 options about replacing the system, sold ac and 80%gas furnace 14 seer 3 pieces we will install it tomorrow. Customer financed thru GreenSky and she already activated her account.

Customer has two 80% gas fired furnaces located in the Attic pull-down ladder at the top of the steps. The upstairs system when you go up the ladder is to the left-hand side this is the system that I looked at today. It has a leak at the evaporator coil and we'll need to be replaced with the new coil unfortunately requires a new condenser as well both the ACs of the home are r22 I told them we could save the money by only replacing the AC side of things and leaving the furnace but that would also require a dragonfly board that works with the Goodmans customer is unhappy that they were not informed at the possibility of the leak on their last visit. Stated they spent a good amount of money with us so far on it and would like to know if that's the cheapest we can go I told them I would contact Justin they did apply for GreenSky so in case they decide to go with the install of the AC side of things only they can accept it right away letting us know when they get approved so that we can o

New pad New plenums New drain pan new tstat New disconnect New electrical whip
Tony did a great job figuring out what the problem was with my air handler .

I came back to this location to allow the ice to melt which was on the coil. I check the id coil and it was ice free. I resealed the coil door and turned the unit on. I topped off the refrigerant for the main floor unit and checked operations. At time of service, no leaking of water and temps had 24 ° delta.

Upon arrival, i found condensate in the secondary drain pan and running down the side of the cabinet. Iremoved the water. I tried to seal just the cabinet and it did not quit trickling water. I opened the coil section door and found ice on the coil. I turned the condenser off and asked the csrt to turn the ac system off and the fan to on. I will return tomorrow to charge the unit with freon and reseal the coil door.

Arrived on site to diagnose why water was filling auxiliary pan. Found that primary drain pan connection had gotten clogged. Water was removed and tech ensured drain line was cleared and that condensate pump was operating correctly. System remained operational upon departure.

Arrived today to perform tune up, found issues in the system. Filter dryer, high voltage issues, condenser fan motor, recommended him to do some repairs on the system, also gave him an option to upgrade it so he doesn't have to do any of the repairs.

Arrived today to perform tune up, found issues on the main floor system and the second floor, gave him options about doing repairs vs replacing the system, he had to leave told him that when its 3 systems usually take 3 to 4 hrs. but he had to leave. He said that he will talk to his wife today for the stuff I found on the system.
Bernard was professional and explained to me what he believed to be the problem and how it could be fixed . He then showed me what he did when he was done .
Good work
Alexis and his team was outstanding they did a great job doing the installation of everything they even cleaned up after themselves
The tech was on time and very friendly. He displayed great knowledge of our system A++++
Inspection and installation were very good, with one notation. The installed air unit had a "leak" that developed with the water elimination portion. A water hose had apparently become blocked during the installation and allowed a small amount of water to stain our ceiling. However, the company was extremely responsible for the repair of the "leak" and all cleanup. They came out as soon as the stain was noticeable, and replaced the piping that was responsible for the leak. The piping that was replaced was not a portion of the original installation, but was likely due in part to the new installation. Plans are to follow-up with us to paint/remove the ceiling stain.
